5-10-08 Saturday - Jonah and Doyle with be performing their ACOUSTIC OUTCAST group at Secor lanes next Wednesday May 14th. It is located on 5520 Secor rd between Alexis and Laskey. They have bowling and great food and drinks. Weather permitting we might be on the patio. We play 8 to midnight. It should be a blast so come out and party with us!

5-8-08 Thursday - Our first two weekes at Dave's Hideaway Lounge were great!  I would like to thank all of you Bootleggers people who came to support us.  I would like to let everyone know that there is no cover charge at Dave's, so come out and party with us.

We have booked a few summer shows!
Sunday June 15th:  The Holland Strawberry Festival in Springfield Township   5 pm - 9 pm
Saturday July 5th:  Silverlake Beach Concert in New Carlisle, OH  7:30 pm - 12:30 am

4-16-08 Wednesday - An era is coming to an end. April 18th and 19th will be our last weekend at Bootleggers. It has been 4 years and 7 months since we first took the stage over on Byrne rd and it has almost been a year at Reynolds. Wow how time flies when your having fun.....or drunk all the time...lol. Anyways, we are hoping to have a huge going away party this weekend. We would love to see all of your faces one last time at "The Boot" and have one more Holler and a Swaller!

Don't worry, the band is continuing to play. We are moving to Daves Hideaway Lounge at 5347 N. Detroit Ave between Alexis and Laskey. It is the old Jerry and Bens Retreat. We will be there every Friday and Saturday through June.

1-25-2008 Friday - As some of you may already know, we are no longer playing Thursday nights.  

So what are you going to do now?  Jonah and I just booked Thursdays at Buffalo Wild Wings at 3555 Navarre Ave. in Oregon.  We are doing an acoustic show every Thursday from 9 till midnight.  We are going by the name "Acoustic Outcast".  They are calling it Thursty Live Thursdays.  They are having $5.00 PBR pitchers of beer, five different flavors of Vodka bombs for $2.50, $0.50 boneless wings, and $2.00 Buffalitos!   We could really use your support, so come eat, drink, and listen to us do some different songs!  
                                                     
12-29-07 Saturday - Merry Christmas and happy new year to y'all, I hope everyone had a safe and fun holiday.  We will be playing Monday night at Bootleggers for New Year's Eve. Come out and watch the ball drop and bring in the new year Bandera-style.

Congratulations to Mike Lutts....he was the $500 winner of our Karaoke Contest! 

11-20-07 Tuesday - We will be playing the this Wednesday before Thanksgiving.  It's the biggest bar night of the year so come out and party with us.  The Karaoke contest is rescheduled for Friday the 30th.  We had a technical problem with the machine.  see ya on the stage.

11-16-07 Friday - Once again it's time for our $500 Karaoke contest.  It starts tonight.  Be there by 9:00 to sign up. 

10-28-07 Sunday - Bootleggers is having a halloween party on Friday, November 2nd.  Dress up in your favorite costume! There will be cash prizes given away.  

We are having another show at Bootleggers with up and coming star Cristy Clayton.  The show is Friday November 9th at 10:00.  She is a phenomenal singer who just released her new album Devil's Paradise.  You can check her out on myspace. www.myspace.com/christyclaytonband 

10-02-07 Tuesday - We will be playing out at McQueens orchard this saturday the 6th. It is at 7605 Garden Rd in Holland Ohio (type the address in to mapquest). It's a very big orchard with lots do do with the family. We play from 2-6. Hope to see you there. 

9-20-07 Thursday - We are no longer playing Wednesday nights.  Thursdays just got a facelift.  $3.00 Jagerbombs along with the $0.25 drafts.  All girls get in free!  There is also a Cornhole tournement (bean bag horseshoes) going on with prizes.Come out and party with us.

9-07-07 Friday - Sorry, I had some technical problems with the site this last week.  All is well now.  I would like to thank everyone who came to the rib-off.  We had a blast!

8-04-07 Saturday - We are now playing the 5:00 slot at the Rib Off.  They booked another national act Cole Deggs and the Lonesome to play in our old slot.  I hope you all can still make it.

7-30-07  Monday - Hey all, Country music star Danielle Peck stopped at Bootleggers Saturday night after her show at the Lucas County Fair and got up and jammed with us. She and her band were very cool, and sounded great!  She sand her top 10 hit "Here's to finding a good man" and her current single "Bad for me" .  She hung around for a while after and signed autographs and talked to the customers, and drank some Jack Daniels with us.  After she left, the band got back up with with us and jammed the whole last set. 7-19-07 Thursday - We will be opening for Travis Tritt at the Rib-Off on August 11th at 5:00 p.m. at the lucas co. fair grounds! It should be a great show.  The admission is only $5.  Last year they had JoDee Messina and it was awesome.  I hope everyone can com out and support us, we would love to see your faces in that big crowd.  Afterwards we will be partying at Bootleggers as always...which is just 2 minutes away!

6-28-07 Thursday -  The grand opening week was great! It was nice to be back at our old stomping grounds. I would like to thank everyone who came out and partied with us on the 16th for our last night, it was truly one for the ages! I would also like to thank everyone who came to the new Bootleggers during the grand opening week. If you couldn't make it, come out this weekend. We need help getting the word around, so let all your friends know about the move to the new building. The address is 2518 S. Reynolds rd. across the street from Jeds. We are still playing Wednesday - Saturday 10 p.m. till 2 a.m. Dance classes on Wednesday.  College ID and 25 cent drafts on Thurdsay.  See you on the stage!

6-9-07 Saturday - Next Saturday June 16th is our last night at Bootleggers!  The bar is moving over to where Prime Time is now.  Reynolds and Heatherdowns where the old Nashvilles was.  Come out and celebrate almost 4 years of partying with us.  We are going to close it down rockstar style!  It should be a great time.  We would love to see all of our fans one more time before we move to the new Bootleggers. We start there the very next Wednesday (20th).

11-17-06 Friday - The Concert was a blast.  Steve Holy did a great job!  His band was really cool, we had a blast hanging out with them all day.  We might be getting the Wreckers early 2007, stay tuned for details.  Thanks for supporting live music. Here is a pic of Me, Steve Holy, and Dabobe.



09-23-06 Saturday - The new Bandera CD is out!  It is called    "Bandera: turning regular nights into stories since 1991".  I have a bunch of copies.  As always come see me to buy one, or just click on our store and buy it secure over the web.  They are $5.00 in person or $8.00 on the web for me to ship it to your house. I sold over 500 last time, lets try for 600!  Once again thanks for your support of local live music.
